LumiFlurimix Pop Hub is a personal site run from Perth. This page describes every piece of personal information it touches, following the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What is collected

The contents of the enquiry form and nothing besides: name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message that usually contains a postal address. No accounts exist on this site, there is no mailing list, no analytics package and no advertising network.

The web host writes ordinary access logs containing IP address, timestamp and requested page. These are created by the server for every site it hosts and are used for security and troubleshooting.

Why it is collected

To answer you. For an order, the address is additionally used to quote postage, send an invoice by email and post the packet. Information is never sold, rented, traded, or used for marketing.

The Telegram step

Form submissions are delivered to a private chat through the Telegram Bot API, run by Telegram Messenger Inc. Whatever you type is therefore transmitted to and stored on Telegram servers outside Australia under Telegram's own terms. Emailing the address above avoids that path entirely.

Retention

Questions that never become orders are wiped inside a year. Order correspondence is kept while delivery, returns or an Australian Consumer Law claim could still arise, then deleted.

Disclosure

To Telegram as described, and to the postal carrier when a packet is addressed. Otherwise nowhere, unless Australian law compels it.

Your rights

Ask what is held, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing the address above. A response follows within 30 days. Complaints that remain unresolved may go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security and payment

HTTPS is used throughout and the form includes a hidden anti-spam field. No payment details are collected on this site at any point, and you will never be asked for card numbers by email.
