These terms are between you and Chloe Richardson, who publishes this site as a private individual in Perth, Western Australia. Using the site means accepting them.
Content, and what it is not
Everything editorial here is personal observation from a particular fortnight of playing. It is not a test report, not a certification and not a promise. Games are updated constantly and store listings change price, rating and availability without warning.
Copyright
Text, layout, styling and code created for this site belong to Chloe Richardson. Quote a paragraph with a link if it is useful. Do not republish articles whole, and do not copy the structure and wording of this site onto another domain.
Game names, icons and screenshots belong to their publishers and appear here for review purposes only; see the Legal Notice.
Links to the stores
Every download link goes to an official Google Play or App Store page. Those pages are controlled by Google, Apple and the publishers, and terms, taxes and fees appear at the next step there. No modified builds, mirrors or third-party installers are linked from this site, and using them is a bad idea.
How an order works
The form sends an enquiry, not an order, and creates no contract. You receive an email with the total, postage to your address and payment details; only your acceptance and payment forms an agreement. Money never changes hands on this site, and nobody here will ask for a card number over email.
Sleeves are sold privately by an individual rather than through a business. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the guarantees, rights or remedies it gives you.
Fair use of the site
No bulk or abusive form submissions, nothing unlawful, no automated scraping.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site or from any application installed after reading it. Your relationship with a publisher, with Google and with Apple is your own.
